Ebola information from the Diocese
The Ebola virus has been a topic of great concern and a lot of discussion recently. Dr. Vanders, the Superintendent of the Catholic Schools in the Diocese of Austin, would like to reassure everyone that we are taking every precaution to ensure that we keep our students, faculty, and staff safe. No one is allowed beyond the gates during school time without checking into the office first and getting a badge.
Please be sure you walk your kids into the school cafeteria when dropping them off in the mornings.
All Volunteers: Ethics & Integrity in Ministry Class
Anyone who serves minors or vulnerable adults in a parish, school or diocesan setting, must attend the 3-hour Protecting God's Children class. This includes all school volunteers who assist in classrooms, or have contact with children in any manner. ALL parents who want to volunteer at the school must attend this training. Children MAY NOT attend this training. Go to www.austindiocese.org to check for different class sites and times. You must also complete the background check on that website. Remember to bring your certificate to the front office once you complete the class.
